Twisted Underworld - Merciless Trarthan (POE2)
A compact, usefull Twisted hideout using the Merciless Trarthan support package MTX (and a very optional red waypoint from the mtx store). I blocked off two of the three corridors, and use the circular room as the map device room, with no less than 67 devote zealots praying for good loot in your adventures.
